Board of Directors

Management Board:

          (A) the Chairman, who shall also be its President;

          (B) one representative of the rank of Deputy Secretary nominated by the Cabinet Division;

          (C) One representative of the Ministry of Water Resources, nominated by the Ministry of Water Resources;

          (D) a representative of the Ministry of Fisheries and Water Resources, nominated by him;

          (E) One representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, who is nominated by the Ministry of Agriculture;

           (F) Rajya Shahi and Rangpur Division's Deputy Commissioner of Rajshahi and Rangpur division nominated by the Divisional Commissioner;

           (G) Rajya Shahi and Rangpur division's Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG);

           (H) Senior Engineer, Barind Multipurpose Development Authority;

           (I) Three representatives, who will be a woman, in the work related to the designated by the government;

          (J) Executive Director, who shall also be its member secretary.
