Duties and Functions of the Authority

(1) Development of surface and underground water resources and ensuring proper use of irrigation works;

(Ii) Agricultural mechanization, seed production and supply and diversification of crops;

(3) Planting and preserving the environment to balance the environment;

(4) Construction and maintenance of limited way of marketing agricultural products;

(5) Installation of irrigation and supplying pure drinking water to the locals;

(6) Agreement with the prior approval of the Government;

(7) Provide research and training;

(8) To perform other duties as determined by the government.
